Exits

I am frustrated with our exits. I-96 in the summer has never been so infuriating that I can remember. I think what is just most annoying is that I never know on a given day if I am going to be able to get on the freeway from my house, exit 133 and go across the bridge, or go from my house to the outlet mall area. The straw that broke the camel's back was coming home from church Sat. night. We exit at 133 thinking it is open (at that time there was no sign on the freeway indicating otherwise). It is, but you can only go right. So we turn toward the outlet mall, thinking we will just go down to Grand River, make a right and come the back way via Mason road. No can do, Grand River is torn up and closed as well. So we have to go all the way down to Fowlerville via Grand River, get back on the freeway and then exit 133 coming from the other side. THEN yesterday as we were coming home from church, Matt totally by accident forgot to exit the one before 133 so he could go the back way so we just figured we would stay on the freeway until Fowlerville, get off, turn around and come back. HOWEVER, there was a HUGE backup on wonderful I-96 because they had taken it down to 1 lane and it took us an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to get home from church. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! I just had to vent somewhere. Sorry.

that's just not right....an hour and fifteen mintues, that is sheer torture which could lead to insanity, best bet is to move closer to the church......speaking of such, are you still trying to?

you need to come by and visit my post, I directed a gleeful comment in your direction....tell me what you think? I think you will laugh so hard you probably shouldn't have anything in your mouth....because if you do you will surely spit it out or it will come out your nose and we don't want that, so deep breath, swallow and go visit....
