I have flowers!!!!

I never thought I would see the day...at least at this address. I have a little flower garden! I can't believe it. Thanks to the help of my daddy, we have dug a 40 sq ft. hole in front of the house and planted 2 shrubs, 1 pretty yellow plant thingy, 2 purple flowers, 2 red flowers, and two white flowers. See, if I were a true gardener I could tell you all the names of them, but I have NO IDEA which are which...all I know is that they are a combination of boxwood, impatiens, daisy, and balloon flowers. Anyway, it's REALLY pretty. Then on our back steps my dad is totally re-doing the walkway from the driveway to the steps. It will look GREAT when he is done...I can't wait.
