I am standing in my bedroom today and Rhegan points up to the wedding pictures I have on our wall.  This was the conversation...so cute!

"Mommy, what dis?"

"These are Mommy and Daddy's wedding pictures from the day we got married!"

"ohhhhh wow!  who dat?"

"that's Papa"

"and dat?"

(this goes on and on until we identify each person)

"Mommy! You were a pwinpwess? (translation: princess)"

"Yes! For one day I got to put on a beautiful princess dress and get married!"

(In awe)  "woooooooow. it byo-tee-ful.  Do you get to be a pwinpwess when you gwow up?"

"Yes when you get married you will get to wear a beautiful princess dress too!"

"YAY!!!!!!!"

Family Disc Golf

Tonight we took all 3 of our kids disc golfing after dinner.  It was SO much fun!  Knowing that the rough up and down and bumpy terrain of the course would be a little more than our stroller could bear, we decided to get one of those harness things for Rhegan.  I have always previously boycotted them because I just couldn't get past the image of walking your toddler/preschooler around like a dog.  But let me tell ya, I officially recant my boycotting! ;-) It worked WONDERFUL! Rhegan was able to walk along with everyone else and get some exercise, but I was able to control where she did and didn't go!  We only played 5 or 6 holes, but that was enough to tire out 3 kids who normally have boundless energy!  If only there was a course a little closer to us.  But I think we have for sure found a new family outing.  Yay for disc golf!

LOST

I am lost. My iMac is dead. Hard drive crashed. Didn't have anything backed up. Pictures? Gone. Videos? Gone. Piano lesson schedule? Gone. Address book? Gone. iMac warranty? Thank the Lord, still good. We are out no money, but all our memories of the last year have vanished. *sigh* So yeah the black hole swallowed everything. So if any of you reading this could be so kind as to email me your email and mailing address, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!!

Preschool

Just a quick post to say...wow. Zoe started preschool Monday and is on her third day. She loves it. And for those of you here in the area, it's at none other than Castaway Cafe!! So starting in October, she will go back and forth between the two preschools, CC on M/W and the one through Parker High on Tu/Th. Pictures coming soon. My *ahem* mac is having some issues and though my pictures will load just fine into iphoto, I can't get them out. It's kindof like a black hole. But my faith in mac is still untainted so I know there is a way to get them out of the black hole, I just don't know what that way is. Oh, and in COMPLETE randomness, I am happy to report that in my weightloss adventures, I discovered at last night's check-in that I have lost TEN INCHES off my body. I was floored. God is good.
